These dishes are handy for a wide range of uses. These make great soap dishes, nuts or snack dishes, dip and sauce bowls, candy dishes, business card holders, or even as catch-all dishes to empty out your pockets at the end of the day. They look beautiful on a desk with small wrapped candies! My favorite use is for snacking though! Apple slices or chips for one please!
They also make adorable pet dishes for small dogs or cats. Cats seem to like them because they have a wide opening and their wiskers don't touch the sides of the dish.
The dish is handmade on the potter's wheel, and a has slightly altered curving rim and and embossed design. Embossed designs may vary. This is made from a hazelnut brown stoneware clay and glazed in handcrafted glazes.

Iron Red Glaze – Medium gloss. Ranges from a rust-red brick to brown/black. Sometimes has multi-colored speckles and may show brown/black speckles over design. Food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe.
