Textured Footed Mug w/ Spiral & Squared Details Green Iron Red

This listing is for one mug with a playful design and rich texture. It holds about 18-20 oz! It is 100% functional and totally unique. From a simple cup of morning hot cocoa, to a late night rich and steamy vanilla latte, anyone who uses this mug is sure to feel special and maybe a even little regal. This mug is round on top and spirals down to a squared bottom with sculpted feet. It is handmade from a combination of wheel throwing, slab building and hand sculpting. It is first made on the potters' wheel from hazelnut brown stoneware clay. The bottom of the mug is slab built to fit and the feet are hand sculpted and embossed with texture. The handle is pulled and embossed with a squiggle design. It is glazed in a combination of iron red and green glazes. This is dishwasher and microwave safe.

Glazes:

Green – Medium to high gloss. Ranges from teal green to a sunny sage green. Sometimes has blue speckles. Food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe.

Iron Red – Medium gloss. Ranges from a rust-red brick to brown/black. Sometimes has multi-colored speckles and may show brown/black speckles over design. Food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe.
