I bought two of these sewing cadies - one for myself and one for my sister. They shipped very fast and arrived safe and sound. They are beautiful and have exceeded my expectations. Clever and useful - I just love them. The glaze is lovely and the lid fit perfectly. I bought a blue one and a dark red one and can't decide which to call my own and which to give to my sister. The small wool covered pincushion adorable and the scissors (I bought two ginger 5 inch scissors - perfect size!) hang proudly ready for use. I am having so much fun filling them with helpful sewing tools - measuring tapes, seam rippers, needles and pins, etc. I highly recommend this as a gift for yourself and for a friend!
