The removable lid is complete with a slot for holding scissors, bobbin storage, and it is topped with a fabric covered pincushion. The inner compartment acts as additional storage. Handmade on the potter's wheel, finished in handcrafted ceramic glazes and kiln fired. Included is the two piece spool shaped ceramic jar with pincushion topper.
